This appointment includes a full health history review and a comprehensive spinal, orthopedic, and neurological assessment.
An X-ray referral is apart of your initial visit. This fee also covers the time your Chiropractor spends reviewing your x-ray results in detail to prepare for your next visit and tailor your care appropriately.

If it’s suitable, your Chiropractor may recommend beginning care during your first visit.
Any treatment provided will involve an additional fee, and this will be discussed with you beforehand.

Whether you’re maintaining your spinal health or addressing a new concern, we’re here to support you.

Please note: If it's been a while since your last visit or your health details have changed, your Chiropractor may suggest for your safety that we book you in for a short consultation with your Chiropractic treatment before proceeding with care.

During your PreCare appointment, we will discuss how you can optimise your Spine Health/Brain Health and obtain a faster recovery through your Chiropractic Care.

Please keep in mind this is complimentary appointment is a fundamental support process for your care.

Cancellation Policy – New Patient Appointments
When booking your initial consultation, full payment is required to secure your appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time are non-refundable.
